Take some quiet time for about 20 minutes before our scheduled sessions to allow your mind to settle.

Jot down some notes during the week as you think of of topics or situations that would be helpful to discuss.

Have a pen and paper to make notes of insights and reminders that are especially valuable for you.

Be prepared for your session with an idea/ideas of what you would like to discuss in our meeting.

Keep a journal during the week to help you be mindful and to provide guidelines for our discussions.

Relax and trust that wherever we begin, we will almost always end up talking about what is most important to you.

Remember: You are engaging my services to assist you in some way on your life journey. This is a co-creative venture. It is in working together in a creative relationship that wonderful unfoldings can happen. Keep positive and do your part. I would love to see you thrive….
